Ways to reduce sweating

  1. Use an Antiperspirant:

It has been clinically shown, applying antiperspirant twice a day is extremely effective in preventing excessive sweating. If you only apply it once a day, apply it before bedtime instead of morning. Just make sure you are applying it to dry skin. Also, try massaging the antiperspirant into your skin.

Spicy foods can make you sweat more. Some vegetables like onions and garlic can make your sweat smell unpleasant. Eat more bland foods like dairy products, fruit juice when you’re at work or out in public.
